Creating Space Counselling

WELCOME

Creating Space Counselling is a professional counselling service that provides a confidential space to explore any issues or difficulties you are facing.

I am Paula Hawthorn, a trained Integrative and Christian Counsellor. I am trained to Diploma level and a member of the BACP.

I am a former nurse, mum of 3 children and have lived in Newburgh for 23 years so I understand the challenges that living in the North East can bring.

Counselling Services

Creating Space Counselling provides Professional Counselling in a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space to explore any issues or difficulties you are facing.

I use an Integrative Approach looking at each person as a unique individual. I provide help in many areas in counselling for example:

• Panic Attacks
• Eating Disorders

• Self Esteem
• Sexual Abuse and Trauma

• Relationship difficulties
• Space to explore Faith

I offer Face-to-Face, Online and Outdoor Counselling.
